What people have to say

For me, the Moving Ink exhibition was a rare, gentle, and generous invitation into a sincere outpouring.

The live performance in particular, felt like being welcomed to participate in and share the process of art emerging. So unlike with other exhibitions I've attended before, where maybe I felt like a stranger, or like I didn't belong, or didn't 'get it', I could feel everything and was part of it too. The live performance breathed more life into the work on display at the exhibition, because I'd seen the art happen with my own eyes, seen the care in the process, and wondered at its mystery. So somehow, when I left, I could connect with the exhibition as if the pictures had been from my own life.

I liked the relaxed atmosphere and how it felt like a safe space to express motion

in drawings without judgement of craft/experience, etc. I also appreciated the range of paper and materials supplied.
