DESCRIPTION:Explore safety\, support and grounding within your mind and body in this workshop embodying the earth element through creative visualisation. Over 2 hours\, you’ll be guided through embodied movement\, meditation\, pastel creation and reflective journaling\, and take home your own canvas picture. No experience needed. Tea\, mats and materials provided. Book your tickets here. \nFacilitated by Jazuela\, play therapist\, yoga practitioner and psychologist. \nVenue: The Greenhouse\, BS3 4NA (visit the venue’s website for access information)\nAge: 14+ (under 18s must be accompanied by an adult) \nABOUT JAZUELA\nJazuela is a yoga teacher and therapist specialising in therapeutic yoga and play therapy for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs. With a BSc in Psychology\, an MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis and a postgraduate diploma in play therapy (PTUK)\, she brings a grounded\, evidence-informed approach to her work.\n@soleilsalutations
