The Diverse Artists Network holds spaces that bring together artists, arts organisations, venues, schools, and funders, fostering vital conversations and dismantling barriers to ensure equal access to opportunities, thereby making the arts inclusive for all. Over time, we’ve partnered with esteemed institutions like Ashton Court, Bristol Old Vic, Trinity Centre, and Bristol Beacon, orchestrating a total of 15 networking events.
All Things Dance
A collaborative effort with Movema and Impermanence. This gathering serves as a platform to unite dancers from various genres across the city and beyond. Participants and community members alike come together in the evening to engage in a series of workshops and witness performances by both local and international dance practitioners.
All Things Music
If you’re an artist, musician, manager, or promoter seeking to expand your network and explore fresh collaboration opportunities, “All Things Music” is tailored just for you. This event aims to acknowledge significant milestones and address vital issues surrounding diversity and representation within the music industry.
All Things Theatre
Unites theatre practitioners and enthusiasts to celebrate the diverse facets of this art form. The event also features captivating performances, thought-provoking panel discussions, and ample networking opportunities, fostering a vibrant and inclusive community within the
theatre scene.
Branch Out
Serves as a vital bridge between artists, creatives, and the arts and cultural sector across the South West. It creates a platform for artists and organisations to engage with issues of Diversity & Inclusion in the Arts. This event is an opportunity to delve into discussions and explore potential solutions, as well as better connect our arts community across the region!
