About Alphonse Daudet Touna

I am an experienced music workshop leader, performer, and founder of several world music groups, including Helele Band
and AfCa Vibe (steel drum band). My workshops include steel drum, guitar, keyboard, Balafon (marimba), African drumming, and choir singing, tailored for both educational and community settings. As a solo artist, I perform on acoustic Balafon, steel drum, and guitar, blending these instruments with a unique repertoire of global and exotic songs. Whether leading a group, teaching, or performing, I aim to inspire creativity, cultural connection, and joy through the universal language of music.
