About Lildonia Lawrence
Lildonia Lawrence is a movement practitioner, writer, and yoga instructor whose work explores healing, resistance, and social change. Drawing on Afro-Caribbean and African diaspora styles, her artistic and academic practice focuses on Caribbean dance as resistance. She is a PhD candidate at Coventry University and author of Back Yourself: A Wellbeing Guide to Healing from Racial Trauma. Lildonia also hosts the Intersections podcast and leads empowerment programmes for BIPOC communities. As a Wellbeing Coach and Equality & Diversity Trainer, she delivers transformative group sessions and workshops in creativity, self-expression, and anti-racism awareness.
