Writing for Wellbeing with Agata Palmer

This creative writing session uses mindfulness techniques to celebrate your unique self. Held in a supportive and playful atmosphere, the workshop focuses on personal expression and wellbeing. Participants are encouraged to explore their creativity at their own pace. All are welcome, regardless of previous experience. Please arrive at 9.45am for a 10am start.
ABOUT AGATA
Agata Palmer is a Polish-British poet based in Bristol. Her pamphlet, From the Land of Marmite with Love, was published by Exiled Writers Ink in 2021. Her work has appeared in various magazines and anthologies, including Harana, London Grip and Tangent Books.
Agata has delivered workshops in nature and community settings, supporting both vulnerable participants and the development of fellow poets. Her practice is defined by an intercultural, intergenerational and trauma-informed approach, focusing on delivering sessions in a supportive and accessible way.
