DIASPORA! Online: What We Inherit, What We Carry: An Introduction to Systemic Constellations
This participatory workshop led by facilitator, Katie Despres, uses Systemic Constellations to explore how family, culture and histories of migration shape our lives. Moving beyond talk therapy, the session uses guided exercises to reveal unseen generational patterns and provide fresh perspectives on how we belong in the world.
Participants will engage directly with these dynamics in a shared relational space, gaining clarity on the hidden forces that influence contemporary relationships. To support the group process, please ensure you can attend the full two-hour session.

Katie Despres is a Family Constellations facilitator and senior yoga teacher based in Bristol. Her work explores how family, ancestry and the systems we belong to shape our lives and relationships. She offers workshops, 1:1 sessions and talks.
