RESET

RESET is an immersive listening ritual by vocalist and sound artist Angelica Allen. Wearing wireless headphones, audiences experience layered live vocals, looping, breathwork, and ambient sound design, closing with an optional moment for intuitive, somatic movement.

Blending ethereal R&B with experimental voice performance, RESET transforms the space into a shared sonic sanctuary for deep listening, gentle release, and collective stillness. There is no choreography or expectation, participants are invited to move as they wish or remain at rest.

Please bring your own mat to lie on for this session, and anything else you need to feel comfortable, such as an eye mask or thick socks.

ABOUT ANGELICA

Angelica Allen is a vocalist, producer, and sound artist who performs under the moniker My Midnight Heart. Her work explores the human voice as a tool for regulation and connection, blending ethereal R&B textures with layered harmonies and expansive ambient sound design.
